Right outside the north entrance of Grom'gol Base Camp (30,23).

Do it together with [36] The Defense of Grom'gol for double credit.

I found a MASSIVE group of them at 30,23 or for those of you who dont have coordinates, a bit north up the coast of grom-gol...i killed about 40 of them and earned myself a nice sum of 4gold 7silver and 95copper, and guy wanted to buy some of my stuff off my that i found there as well, not to mention the leg armour they drop, i got a blue and about 3 greens...if you use these coords you use the RIGHT ones...oh and they are nesting there as well, there were aggs on the ground, and the respawn is good as, if you kill all the ones at 30,23 go towards the skullspliters but turn right up the hill kill the 2 that are up there and double back to 30,23 and theres already respawns...great place...

With Cosmos/Titan: 39, 19 (area)
Without: West (other side of lake) from the "Operations Center" for the Venture Co. Geo's near Lake Nazferiti.

Make sure you pick up The Defense of Grom'gul along with this one. They both have you kill the same raptors.

Found mine above Grom'gul
Coordinates are 32,24

I found them close at 37,19

theres sum at 36,24

I found a bunch at 32.6, 21.5

38,23 for me too, found 10 of them between the road and lake nazferiti. Easily done.

Correct location is 37, 20...

There is a whole camp of them at 31,20 hope this helps! :)

there is also a quest from someone in grom'gol to kill these so you may as well do em both at the same time, unlike me )

good spot for lashtail raptors in stv is 38.19

31,24 is pretty much right on the money, lots in that area.&nbsp Watch out for the young ones because they help out the older ones.

Got all mine easily at 37,21.

they were all 35's and 36's

38, 21 is pretty good

I don't use cords or anything so for those of you out there like me I found the lashtails slightly southwest of the campsite (srry can't remember his name). This quest seemed really easy for my warrior sinc it says its lvl 36 and i got and completed it at lvl 33.

I'm a level 32 hunter and im soloing this right now. I have 7/10 right now, it takes me a little longer then normal to kill the level 36's but the 35's i drop like flies. There is a small patch of them at 37, 19. Hope this helps!

33,19 are the correct locations, like BrockF said. 33,39 is probably for the follow-up.

If you are horde you should do this quest at the same time that "Defense of Grom' Gol" (first part) because both ask to kill these kind of raptors, so you can do 2 quest with the same kills

The correct Location is 33,39.. all other locations are just raptors

you can find these at 31,22 just north of grom gol

38.20, found lots of them there

I was a bit confused about the various co-ordinates! I found level 36 lashtail raptors at 38,26!
