There's a lot of /lie and /lay going around...not 100% about that, BUT, I did find that if you're having trouble getting this to work (like I was), then double check and make sure you have him targetted.

I would actually recommend doing this quest, simply because at level 20 it rewards 1150xp upon completion.

well i figured it out.. i messed up the 1st time BECAUSE i didn't target the NPC... if you dont target him, it doesn't work.. so before you even /laydown target him, and it will :) btw i cant find the stupid silk thread thing :<

if for some reason your not getting the quest doing /lie or /lay then abondon it and accept it again and try again... it should work once you do that 1 or two times.

Come to find out you have to type in /lie not /lay. Doc does say /lay down - so this is misleading. Just type in /lie and it will work.

um idk if you know but the anti-venom bandage works too so you dont have to do this to speed things up.

Actuallt i had a rather lenghty discussion with a GM called zorgarium after calling your ever freindly blizzard for help with what appeared as a bug today and he didnt believe me when i said that the command "/lay down" (forget the "" okay *smiles*) didnt work and kept insisting that i must have done something else rather than typing "/lay" as the command...

and someone wonder why we dont like those guys ?

This seems to not work. Is the objective to lay down in front of him 50 times? I have /lay down 'd at least 10 times so far and the quest keeps failing. What am I doing wrong?

There are better and faster ways than doing this boring quest:

- Ask a druid/shaman/whatever to cure you.
- Use the Anti-Poison Bandage.

As stated below, if you get a grey ? after the diagnosis, abandon the quest and then restart the quest, type /lay as soon as it asks you to.
