Kill 12 Bluegill Murlocs.

Slay Gobbler and take his head.

Bring Gobbler's Head to Karl Boran in Menethil Harbor.

Description

Murlocs are crawling out from the deep waters and building their villages on the coastline. They are harassing our fishers and merchants and must be stopped.

One of these murlocs, Gobbler, skulks with other bluegill murlocs and harries merchants along the road, always then retreating to the safety of the nearby murloc hovels. Our merchants are in jeopardy, and we will pay to secure them.

Gobbler prowls the river inlet north of here. Find him, slay his kin, and bring me his head.

They are just outside Menethil in the Bluegill Marsh. Found Gobbler at 15,41 and the Murlocs are all around him.

his default spawn place is at 18.40.search first there and if he is not there search the near area

Go south over first bridge - look left (east) find broken down bridge - head east just south of that bridge and he will be on that 'island' - if you make it to second channel you have gone to far east....

18,40 is around where I found Gobbler. Whether he actually respawns there or not doesn't really concern me, so long as I find him.

Gobbler is a darkish coloured lvl 22 Murloc who tends to walk in a small triangle between three small land plots.

For those of you that don't have the coord mod, like me...Gobbler is NOT along the shore. Instead, go down the road and over the first wooden bridge. Then to your left you'll see a broken down wooden dock thing and go across the stream there and you should run right into him.

He was quite hard to find and took several visits to the area to finally track him down. He is the same level as the surrounding Murlocs and doesn't look any different so is hard to spot!

At the location of 18,39 you are on a small island and he is on this bit of land wandering around.

If he's not there, then he's most likely been killed so wait for a respawn.

I couldn't believe my luck. Someone had just been there moments earlier and killed all the murlocs but Gobbler! Just after I killed him, they started coming back again! did this quest, no probs!

Ok killed all 12 murlocs, came back twice but still no gobbler...no corpse either...waited around but no respawn....checked co-ordinates posted but hes not there :-( I guess its just yur luck if u find him there or not.

In the Bluegill Marsh, there's a couple of little huts there with a mob of murlocs hanging around it at around 16,40.
Gobbler is the grey one.

Did this as a lvl 26 Druid, bit of an overkill, but I wanted to pick up my unarmed skills ^_^
