Trial of the Lake

Find a Shrine Bauble in Lake Elune'ara, and take it to the Shrine of Remulos in northwestern Moonglade. Once there, use the Shrine Bauble.

You must speak with Tajarri at the shrine afterwards in order to complete the trial.

Description

For your first trial, search the depths of Lake Elune'ara to locate a Shrine Bauble. It decays rapidly, so proceed with it to the Shrine of Remulos post haste. Use the bauble at the shrine, and then speak with Tajarri there; she is one of Moonglade's most trusted wardens.

You only have a set amount of time to complete the task, and you may be competing against other druids searching for baubles themselves. Mental and physical dexterity will be critical to your success.

First of all be ready before you pick up this quest. It is timed. I usually mark my map with all of the coords before I start a quest. So thank you to all of you who contribute coords to this site (hug).

Get the quest from the quest giver, Dendrite Starblaze (upstairs in the house) 56,30

Head straight to an air fissure in the big lake 51,51

Face your char east-north-east and swim over the little hills. The container with the bauble looks like a vase and usually sits in a narrow dip/valley - on 31 Jan 2006 it was located at 54,50

Click on the vase to get bauble. Check your bag before you leave the lake and make sure the bauble is in your bag (all of this is timed, so don't mess up - lol)

Head to the tree 35,41 and right click bauble

Talk to the girl 36,40 and she will complete your quest and give you the next part in the series.

this was realy easy... found the bauble at 53,46 (use delete/insert to angle down/up as you swim - if you hit home and change your view hit end to reset that to normal)... you'll need plenty of air to get it and get back up, and the bauble only lasts 4 mins, so know where the shrine is when you get the bauble and start swimming there soon as you have it, swim all teh way to the left end of the lake closes to the shrine, then just run over to the tree in the middle of the shrine, behind the centaur guy, use the bauble there (just click it when standing there), then go talk&nbsp to the chic to the right.. done deal

When you got the quest (Trial of the Lake) jump in Lake Elune�ara. Then go to (48.2 47.2) or an other location and pick one of

Shrine of Babble last 4 min. When you got one press M for map and look on the left side of the map. There you see a tree called Shrine of Remulos&nbsp (36.0 41.6) go too that tree use the Shrine of Babble near the tree and your done. When your done on the right side of the tree stands Taijri girl.

I found the bauble and used it within the shrine, but I can't talk to the Taijri girl. She just tells me to use it within the shrine boundries.

At 51.4,51.6 there's a Bubbly Fissure where you can stop and catch your breath. From there I could see two baubles.

I have done this quest with about 3 druids (of both factions) and I have found two ways to get over the bug.

1. You can simply hearth to your designated inn, wait a couple of minutes and then use Telport: Moonglade to return. Dendrite usually respawns.

2.If you already used your hearthstone recently you can catch a flight to Thunder Bluff or Darnassus and then when you get there use Teleport: Moonglade.

I talked wo dendrite starblaze in moonglade and i was going to accept this quest - when i noticed that it was timed - i knew i woulndn't have time to do it so i x'd out of the quest and now i can't get it back - i've tried everything - talked to everyone that was invovled in the quest and i can't get it back. Does anyone have any suggestion or know how i can get the quest back? Thanks!

I found them at 52,48. Guess the coordinates aredifferent depending on wich program u use. I used the titanbar integrated coordinates.

It's in a jar type of object, so you need to open first and then take the Bauble out.

I found the fissure almost in the middle of the lake - i took a screenshot which should appear above.&nbsp Look at the mini-map for my location.

The thing that held the bauble i found was directly underneath the second "E" in Elune'...

OK, i looked for 10 minutes couldnt find anything. However i finally found it so here are my tips.
1) The container is usually near a Fissure
2) There are 2 fissures, its the 1 like dead center in the lake
3)I'm pretty sure the container is randomely placed, but always near a fissure
4) and also do NOT look for a red glow. You'll have to use your eyes and be close to the lakes bottom to make out the container, the red glow is very very faint and can only be seen close up. Hope these help =)

Goes without saying...but remember u want to grab Ironforge, stormwind AND westfall, loch modan FPs while ur here, ull need later... or trip will be magorly pointless

Whenever i dive under the surface of the water, i cannot see a thing except for blurry greens and blues thats it: no hills, no vegetation, and certainly no bauble. so if anybody has any information about this please let me know

The bauble spawns anywhere in the lake. it's a brown jug type thing. THey have multiple spawns.

The shrine of Remulos is on the westside of Moonglade. NOT IN THE LAKE.

This can be a bit tough. The bauble container is a small, brownish thing that, from what I have seen, rests at the bottom of the deep areas of the lake. Depending on your video card, you may not see it until you dive down a bit. Mine was partially burined in the graphics of the lake's bed (I bugged this).

Just wanted to say that the time on the bauble and the time on your timer is different so just cause you have 10 minutes left on your timer doesn't mean you have 10 minutes left on the bauble /cry I found that out the hard way.

Maybe I'm just lucky, have a nice gfx-card (or maybe just because I did this quest fairly late at night), I had finished the quest with 25:25 left on the timer.

Found the bauble really quickly, in the deeper parts of the lake, pretty much smack down the middle of it. Took me longer to run to the shrine. =)

(1) Coordinates are useless. So if you're the sort of beaner who wants only to read numbers and go to that location, resign yourself to never getting your Sea Lion form.

(2) The bauble is inside a container secondary-click on it just as you would to open a chest. It's generally found in a deep spot of the lake, but has several spawn locations.

(3) The Shrine of Remulos is at (36, 40). You should be just in front of Remulos when you use it, again by secondary-clicking on the item.

(4) The timer is still running. Make sure you talk to Tajarri before it wuns out. She's just to the right as you face Remulos.
