This book does NOT drop for all members of the group.&nbsp One person will get it, and then you do have to AGAIN hope for the book to drop for any other members of the group that want it as well.&nbsp

Wanted to put this so someone else that needs this information will have accurate information since my partner and I have been working on this several hours with him unsure if he actually had done it, but thinking that he had not.&nbsp

So Again, EACH person gets a chance on the book not ALL members of the group as of this date, 03-06-06.

And it is again off of any Random mob in the zone.

take a good look at the map, you aren't look ing for Stormwind, you are looking for Stormwind Keep with in Stormwind, way up in the northern part of the city. Once you enter the Keep, there is a corridor off to the left and then turn right to the library. Onthe map, it is the white square room north of the main keep corridor.

The book dropped of Skeletal Horror for me when doing 'The Night Watch' quest on the Raven Hill Cemetery.

It won't take up space in your quest log if you manage it cleverly. Just turn in the quest to the librarian in SW and don't take the next one in the series until you're ready. The librarian will have another quest for you as well when you come back to him later (called Southshire, which is the same direction when you travel north to continue the book quest).

And you WILL be traveling to SW from Duskwood not only for the book. 'The Legend of Stalvan' will require you to go there too.

What a great quest.....1500 XP for a simple book-delivery! To get the book, do some quests around Duskwood and eventually it will drop from a random mob. Then deliver it to the Librarian in the Royal Library in Stormwind Keep (coords: 74,8). He'll offer you some more quests, take them if you're at right level, otherwise come back for them later. Too easy.&nbsp

Im a Rogue and level 21.&nbsp I was grinding on two quests in the Raven Hill Cemetary.&nbsp Working on Fiends and Horrors when i got the book.&nbsp I went to SW and ran to the Stormwind Keep Library to deliver the book.&nbsp There wasnt a Yellow Question mark on the guy who we are to turn it into.&nbsp Someone said there are 2 in SW.&nbsp I cant find another so Im assuming this is it.&nbsp Is my level too low (they show 25 for Level) to do this yet?&nbsp

I got the book while grinding from a nightbane and then I got another one from a skeleton in the graveyard but couldn't loot it because it says you can only carry one at a time. So the nightbane and the skeleton are lvl 27 and if you aren't careful the nightbane team up on you. You can not pull them unless you can keep them from using spells. Good Luck I hope that helps someone. Bottom line go to the grave yard and grind in Duskwood.p

If you want to find this book to do the quest, I was looking for it, and noticed the supposed highest droprate was from the skellys in Tranquil Cemetary, well that may be but after killing them for several minutes (on my 60 no less) no drop.&nbsp I finally gave up and later it dropped in Raven Hill cemetary, so I suggest going there to get it.&nbsp

I know I'm an oddball.&nbsp A 60 doing Duskwood quests? What a moron.&nbsp

went inside the stone building on the right side of the house at raven hill cemetary the book dropped 2x for me. there are alot of monsters in there to kill i suggest trying there if u are in a group.

I just got this as a drop from grinding on Nightbane's in Duskwood, but I'm an undead mage. I tried using it and it said I'm the wrong race. It's soulbound so I can't give it away or sell it either. Crappy.

It seems like everybody got the book from diffrent places.
I got mine from a skeleton warrior at tranquil gardens after I finished the quest where you get to kill 8 skeleton warriors and 6 skeleton mages.
When I was done I figured i'd just grind away for a while and there it was.

I got this book from Rotten Orchard. Also killed a Grave Robber and found one but could not pick it up. Anyway, I brought this book to SW Library and was unable to find any NPC that I could tap to make this quest go any further... What am I doing wrong?

After you pick up the book and read it (right click) you must ACCEPT QUEST (at the bottom of the window). Took me about 5 minutes to figure this out. Hope this helps.
