Kill 10 Blood Elf Reclaimers, and 10 Blood Elf Surveyors before seeking out Magus Rimtori's camp. Once you've found it, look for something that might be important to her that can be used to draw her into a fight.

Description

I thought as much.

We start our crusade against her workers along the southern bluffs on the northern peninsula of Azshara. Kill them with bloody rage--let them know they've betrayed the wrong allies.

Do not concern yourself with her yet--she spends most of her time with her bodyguards searching Azshara. It would be prudent after you've slain her workers to find her personal camp. Scouting out where we can attack her would be wise. Perhaps there is something there we can use to provoke her.

Don't make the same mistake I did. After killing the 10 Reclaimers and Surveyors, and finding the camp, you need to click on book to complete the quest. I ran all the way back to Valormok looking for a question mark only to realize there's more than the 3 track-able steps.

At roughly 59, 31 there is a Kaldorei Book of Summoning. Approaching the book completes the "Find Magus Rimtori's camp" objective, and you hand this quest in at that book.

The coords are right, you have to hit the book after you kill all 20 guys. Its unguarded , I went up the hill by the elves and by the time I got just above the camp I was only 2 surveyors short and they were just north of the area ..

Both mobs have very low health and are one of the best grinding spots for someone who can take down something fast (Rogue, Druid).

Blood Elf Reclaimers have Fireball, Renew, and Heal. Very squishy, as a 53 Feral Druid I could take it down before the Pounce stun wore off. They rarely use Heal, most of the time they use Renew.

Blood Elf Surveyors are the melee-esque ones, though almost as squishy as Reclaimers. Their only ability is a Fire Nova that does 300~ damage and is easily avoided by running backwards. Keep in mind these guys have a VERY annoyingly large aggro range, and you shouldn't be surprised if you're attacking someone and aggro a Surveyor from 30 yards away.

The quest objective is at 59, 31

You have to kill the elves then go to the book to complete this quest. Then start the next step in the chain at the book. Real easy to do. I soloed it as lvl 52 sword combat rogue. When you destroy the crystal it summons a lvl 51 defender. Once you get him down he calls for Magus. She is a lvl 55, but a cloth wearer. She will frost nova you then run away to nuke you. I swithced my target to her, hit sprint (I have improved sprint 2/2) blade furry, slice and dice, and took her down along with the defender with blade furry. Very easy quest for me.

I have this quest but even though I have completed the 3 parts, (1) Finding Magus Rimtori's Camp, (2) Blood Elf Reclaimer Slain 10/10, (3) Blood Elf Surveyor Slain 10/10, Ag'tor refuses to talk about this quest to either state that I need to complete it or that I have completed it. The quest never says who to talk to when finished but I assumed it was Ag'tor.

This quest was alarmingly easy experience and the Blood elves here are an excellent grinding spot with their low health and great exp.

An all time crap reward for this set -- an offhander that's +13 spirit (pyrestone orb), and a 32 dps hammer with +10 strength (Belgrom's Hammer). That off hander couldn't be more worthless.

If you read the description, it clearly states that these elves have " . . . betrayed the wrong allies." So given this information, we know that it is not so much "Blood Elves" we're after, it's traitors of our glorious, and omnipotent faction.

It's an altar to the south area of the BE camp.
Look for a book - "Kaldorei Tome of Summoning".

The "something that might be important" is a ledger? in a camp at 58,32.

After killing 10/10 and you have the item, head over to the 6 pillar altar next to the camp.

Read the book at the altar (59,31) to finish quest. That last part drove me nuts for a few hours until I found it.

The quest isn't broken. Go to the camp mentioned in the previous posts and look around. You well see a circle of stones. On a stand in that circle, is a book. Open the book to complete the quest and get the next part.

It's not exactly a camp. Look for a bunch of pillars behind the hill. They're tight together. You'll find the book between two of them. I think the right one will summon her, but maybe the wrong one will summon a guard, then eventually the elf herself.

after you kill your 10 & 10, you just have to walk up to the book 58,32.
When you come up to the book it completes the quest (although she was already summoned from someone else, so had to kill her first) and you dont turn the quest in to any npc, just read the book to complete it.

The next parts of the series has you pick the middle crystal, spawning a warrior, pull the warrior away, finish him, heal then kill her (she will frost nova and begin fire balls, but not hard). Killing her completes that phase and you turn in that into Ag'tor Bloodfist who started the entire quest line. He will send to og to turn in the head.
