You can find Belgrom Rockmaul at 75, 34 in the Valley of Honor in front of the Hall of the Brave.

I soloed this at lvl 49. A body guard comes up first and at 20 % health the named pops up. I was able to kill the body guard before being killed. I rezzed, healed, and beat the lvl 55 named fairly easily. I think 7300 xp (upon turn in at Org) is excellent, especially since you also get 4350 when you talk to the guy in Azshara just before.

U must return to Ag'tor Bloodfist at Valormok with the head to get the XP (4350). He then gives you the additional step of taking the head to Belgrom Rockmaul in Org for the choice of rewards and additional XP (7300).

Finished this quest line as a 51 warrior. I thought the mace was a good reward, especially since I didn't have a 1-handed weapon beforehand. What do you expect for such easy quests? A blue?

guard attacked, i ran out of the circle and killed it. Waited till full HP and then as my ass. spec'd belf rogue i killed the mage with 500health loss out of 2700. Easy stuff, nice mace reward to be sold.
