Description

Goblin engineering is about practical uses for high profit and higher explosive power! Our schemata allow us to make powerful bombs and mighty weaponry; the manual you read covered this.

The manual also covered our ages old oath of secrecy on our schemata. Once you become a goblin engineer, that's that. There is no access to gnome engineering at all.

If you still want to become a goblin engineer, sign this document pledging life-long secrecy and speak with me again. Think about it carefully, <name>.

Spoke to this tinkerwiz in ratchet at lvl 70 eng lvl 190 but he does not give a quest to go to gadgetstan. (14 march 2008)

My engineering is at 226 and I'm lvl 54 Orc Hunter and Nixx still has no quest for me? Am I looking for the wrong guy? I also want to go Goblin Engineering because blowing up stuff rocks my socks!

I've already done the show your work quest but my engineering is still stuck on 225. Is there someone else I need to talk to?

In order to switch you specialization you must first COMPLETELY unlearn engineering. Doing this will cause you to lose all your recipes and accumulated levels in engineering, so you should take the time to make sure its what you want. After you have unlearned engineering, relearn it and level it back up to 225. You must then go to Narain Soothfancys house in Tanaris (A little north of SteamWheedle Port). On his table is an open book entitled Soothsaying for Dummies. Once youve read it, you will be able to take up the other specialization.

You have to get a referral quest from Tinkerwiz in Ratchet (http://classicdb.ch/?npc=3494) before this guy will talk to you.
