If you want to find the husband or beloved who gave Deliah her ring... then speak with Magistrate Sevren in Brill. He should have records of recent deaths and, with luck, can discover who Deliah is.

But I wouldn't hope. Whoever gave her the ring is probably dead. Or if he's undead he probably no longer cares about Deliah.

This is quest #4 out of 6. The Ring of Scorn lies at the end of this chain.
Pick Up: High Executor Hadrec (Silverpine Forest - The Sepulcher)
Objective: Take the ring to Brill, the Magistrate is in the Town Hall.
Turn In: Magistrate Sevren (Tirisfal Glades - Brill)

Brill is just north of the UnderCity gates. After delivering this ring, you'll then take it into UnderCity and head to the Trade area to complete the next step.

This quest can only be obtained after completion of 'Rot Hide Clues'. Hadrec does not offer the quest automatically, so be sure to speak to him again after turning in the 'Rot Hide Clues' quest! The 'Engraved Ring' series offers nice reputation bonuses for very little effort and might be accidentally overlooked by high-level characters.
