There are rumors of a Twilight's Hammer member called Ortell having deserted his sect. Word has it he hid in the mountains south of Southwind Village, where he lives as a hermit. Perhaps you can enlist his help in deciphering the tablet.

i just found him. he's at 67,69. in the mountains south of southwind village,just like the quest says.

You can find Hermit Ortell at 67,69 - inside a cave.

For those like me who don't know what to do with the numbers. He is in a cave about halfway down the mountian range from Southwind. East of the top of Hive'Regal. The map here shows the cave, but the highlights are not correct.

This one was not rocket science . Ortell is in Ortell's Hideout southeast of Southwind Village at 67,69. He sends you out to Twilight Hammer Village ...
