Actually AQ the instance being released in patch 1.9 makes the pants better over Cenarion. AQ is a dungeon where you'll need nature resist, meaning if you're in a serious endgame raiding guild you want the pants.

(however i could be wrong having been to lazy to finish this quest yet but I believe you get both)

Every class has its quest there.

Search Anonymous for "armaments" and see.

IMHO, the boots are the best choice.
Zul Gurrub can be done without the other ones and no instance will make the pants preferrable over MC epics.
The boots otherwise are the best ones for the healer druid to enter MC for the first time and hunt for cenarion boots.

Very few other boots are really good alternatives, the wildheart boots are mediocre. The Animist's boots are comparable but 15% ZG drop, equalling weeks of ZG farming.

Involves a lot of 60 elites, bring some friends.
