I must find a way to speak with Anthion Harmon... or more specifically, his ghost!

I know of an engineer with a queer interest in the supernatural. He claims he can build a machine that allows him to speak with the dead!

The blood you collected was intended for him; travel to Gadgetzan and bring it to him as payment for his services!

when doing this quest i cruised all around gadgetzan tryign to find the mux guy and it wouldn't pop up on my mini map but the guy is located in one of the little huts to the northeastern of the town, (52,27) and i was able to continue

..why I can't get this quest? My pally finished the first one and now has upgraded bracers, but she isn't offered this one to start on her gloves/belt stuff. She's level 60 so no problem there. Am I missing something I need to do in between?

Can you do the quest with anothers tier 0 set... ect. im a druid, can i upgrade shadowcraft (rogue tier 0 set) to tier 0,5?
or is it only the class that the set was made to, that can do it?
