Yes, you need both pieces to turn in to get the new ones. + Gold. -.- Anyway..

Only stat loss for rogues noticable so far is Spirit. And wow, they really need that spirit.

this makes me mad at the 2 NS pieces i have that replace these and made me DE my Shadowcraft. Although NS may be better, im intrigued by the nrg restore bonus and want to see how good it is.
