Obtain the Ancient Moonstone Seal and bring it to Asterion in Bashal'Aran.

Description

If the grells have come into close contact with the seal that binds my eternal prison, I suspect I know the cause. No doubt the seal has come into the possession of the satyr that lead them.

I feel strongly that this must be true, <name>. One of the satyr must surely possess it. If you can obtain it, you would bring me so close to passing the bars of my prison that tears would come to my eyes.

you actually have to kill the satyrs around Bashal' Aran.&nbsp The above location is actually for the last part of the quest.

The Satyrs are actually straight east of Asterion into the depression. Took me 3 kills to get stone. They spawn about every 3-5 minutes.

i found him at 46,38 its just 2 lvl 13s by a campfire by broken ruins nothing to worry about its the sunken in part of the ground pretty close to the guy in the blue aura thing

The follow-on quest to this, Bashen'Anan, is not listed above - but you head south to destroy the Seal by clicking on the Ancient Flame (ear the south of the ruins of Ameth'Aran.

This /tloc 44,39 is confirmed. The thing is. You have to go around the whole camp and kill each of the Satyrs. One of them will carry it. I happen to kill all of the Satyrs and the last one left that I killed droped it. That might help if you are killing for 2hrs

The "Ancient Moonstone Seal" DOES drop off of Satyrs in Bashal'Aran. You may need to kill 10 or more and wait for a Respawn. It dropped for me on the 8th-9th Kill.

ok i just did this quest. number one:IT DOESNT MATTER WHERE IN BASHAL'ARAN U KILL THEM as long as u kill on of the satyrs in bashal'aran.&nbsp two:&nbsp it doesnt drop at a certain kill its is 100% random.u could get it on the 10th kill or the 1st kill but it wont change depending on which one u kill.&nbsp i got it on my 3rd kill so i hope that clears thing up.

The quest description says the seal has come into the possession of the satyr that lead them. Deth'ryll Satyr is their leader.

I killed him but he didn't drop it so I went back to Aueberdine to do a few things than went back & he dropped it.

I tried again with new character, killed him 5 times for it this time.

The drop rates for these seem to vary just by luck, but i got mine on third one.

Hint.. if your class has low health (especially gnomes) clear the surrounding area first, the satyrs run for miles and pull the whole place.

I kill Deth'ryll satyr found around the pergola pillars at 45:38 in Ashal'Aran and got mine - fm quest giver head north east, go down the hill and there it is a crumbled pergola with pillars and the deth'ryll - all the best n happy hunting

There are satyrs all around the area. There is a pit with a campfire in the middle and some carcass meat to the southeast where two satyrs hang. killed them both, no drop. the one I got it off of was to the south of them outside of the pit, who I had killed before and he had respawned. So I think it is probably a random drop off of the higher level satyrs.
