Description

Hey! Help me with my latest invention, the buzzbox. You can talk to people far away!

Maybe you've already seen them, they're boxes with levers on them. The only problem is they need constant maintenance.

Each one suffers from a different problem, but I made a really smart decision. I placed each one near creatures that have the proper parts to fix that particular machine. Right now Buzzbox 827 is on the fritz. It's just south of Auberdine, real close. It takes 6 Crawler Legs to fix it. I'll pay ya...

I started out killing Young Reef Crawlers, it took me about twenty minutes to get only two crawler legs.&nbsp I moved up the coast North, closer to the actual Buzzbox (sort of like the quest says) and I got four in a row.&nbsp
Plus, the Young Reef Crawlers run away when they're almost dead, so they're a bit of a pain - The Pygmy Tide Crawlers just stand there and take it basically.
The coordinates I was at when I got four in a row are: 36,48

This buzzbot was very hard to find. If you're stumbling around, he's almost directly at the south-west pier of the gryphon platform, just in the grass about 2-3 paces from the pier. He looks(especially in the dusk) just like a hillock of grass.

I killed around 15 Pygmy Tide Crawlers without a single quest item drop. I went further south of Auberdine and killed the Young Reef Crawlers. Drop rate for Crawler Legs was very high off those.

Wizbang is on the second floor of the Auberdine Inn.

If you are inside where the Innkeeper, Fish Vendor, etc are...

There is a ramp that leads to two beds and the docks, right next to that is another ramp leading to the second floor and some more beds. He's right there by the beds on the second floor.

ok if u have difficulties finding the buzzbox 827, it is located near the platform where u ride those bird. South East direction of the platform.
Its not on the platform but outside the platform

Yes, the buzzbox is by the gryffon platform in Auberdine. When he says it's real close, he's not kidding. Note: It's not on the beach, it's BY the beach, just run around outside the platform and you'll smack into it.

You know, why on EARTH would you use some creatures dismembered legs to fix a mechanical machine?

Man, that's gross.

But hey, it's a nice quest. I guess nobody really thinks about the technicalities.

Not a bad set of quests. When you complete all four you receive a total of 25 silver, 50 copper and 4300 XP.

The Gnome questgiver is on the second floor of the inn, just up the ramp.

These quests also supply you with some good cooking ingredients, such as Crawler Meat and Claws, and Clam Meat. Plus the Gnomergan Exiles rep is pretty nice for such a low level quest thread.

I'm having a bit of trouble locating wizbang. Is he actually in auberdine? I haven't seen him yet.

n/m he's at the top of the inn. No quest icon, but if you talk to him he's got the quests available.

Buzz box 827 is located almost in Auberdine, its on the Northwest corner of the dock where the hipograph station is. Crawlers abundant on the beach close by.

Confirm Dolphudbud's comment. Tide Crawler drop rate is awful. Young Reef Crawlers aren't very good either, but they're much better. Find them south of the first skeleton south of Auberdine.
