This is a worse than devilsaur leggings for both PvE and PvP but may be worth using for the PvP set bonuses.

Wow, with 560 AP and an electrified dagger you are critting Snakes and Rabbits for 1500? INSANE I have a gutgore ripper and Felstriker with 704 Attack power and I hit Casters normally for 1500-1600. Id like to see what kind of insane gear you have to be able to hit things for 2000 with a hearstriker. OR maybe you were in Arathi Basin and were Berzerking, then id beleive you.

u may or may not say that beause it has more stamina than agility if so its actually good beacuse PvP is more about survivability than it is about damage so stam is better than agility.

Agreed with blasterere. I don't know what kind of gear people have, but most of what I see are blatant lies. People come here to brag about their massive ambushes, but never really tell their true averages. (I laugh at wheoevr said 'look for a sundered priest'.)
My gear is pure blue attack power gear, not much crit, and some stam. Unbuffed 792ap/22.4% crit and I normally ambush a caster for 1500~1700 (1700 being that occasional lucky high-end, but it doesnt happen often), backstabs for 1200~. I have 3551hp. My only epics are Lobo/DJ and the AB set.

So, no, you aren't ambushing for 2000 with a heartseeker, no, you arent hitting 1500 with a glacial/elec, and no, you are not hitting 1400 with a gutripper.

The only thing I use out of this set is the helm and gloves, everything else is trash. People can talk about survivabilty all they want, but if you need 4500hp~ just to cut it as a rogue, you should reroll a warrior.

Really nice set to get i have 812 AP and 5k HP with NS bracers and belt and qiraji dagger. You get more HP and AP than NS but not as mucha s agility or dodge so if your a pvper get that cuz trust me ull barely die in battlegrounds.

I just wanna say that is truly believable to do crits over 2k with ambush without having insane gear, It's a lot about luck. My usual crit with ambush on cloth bearers is around 1400-1600, but my highest ambush crit is much more. With 700atp, lobo in main, I did a 2473 crit on a mage in AV. Maybe you don't believe me maybe you do, franky I don't give a &*!@, but I just want ya'll to know that a lot of how high you crit is not about "skill" (if there is such a thing in computer-games) but instead a lot about luck and just a little bit about your atp and max dmg on mainhand.

I have Lobo in MH and my Ambush crits around 1300-1500...sadly I only have 654 AP...:/

Devilsaur gives alot more AP and 1 less crit, what do you guys take?

I have about 760 AP, all blues, and am a level 60 rogue with about 3.1k HP. My mainhand is Electrified dagger with 4 dmge enchant, and bonescraper offhand (30 AP) with a 15 agil enchant. My spec is 30/8/13. AP= damage every second, so i dont even know if that ties into my ambush dmge, and if not, what can increase it. If anyone knows plz respond.

I'd rather say the other way around.

I've been using Rank 7 Gloves with Devilsaur Pants for quite a while now, but after the upgrades and the '2 set' bonus, I'll throw away Devilsaur Pants for Knight-Captain's Leather Legguards as soon as the servers get back up.

Yup i also worked out the same as the above poster. After buying my two pieces of pvp gear this evening and equipping them i found the +40 AP bonus was not added to my overall AP but the set bonus was highlighted. Of course this was rather annoying and i contacted a GM immediately, after contacting the GM he told me there was no record of this problem and i would have to wait until the problem was solved. Just wondering if anyone else has suffered this problem while using the new updated pvp gloves and legguards?

Well I got Crit today in AV on a warlock, I dont remember him having sunder, as I finished him off from another rogue, but it was nice to see anyhow. I was using GutGore. My AP is 752.

yesterday my friend was testin out his zg trinket...got a 3200 hp ambush on me w/no armor on. ive gotten more than 2k in bgs before w/lobo as well, just aim for a priest w/sunder on him and ur set.

Im Lv 54 atm, and with gut ripper still in my main, Ive landed ambush's for 1400+/- . So its possible.
