I like the Crimson Fel Hat's +33dmg better. Id rather hurl 1,104 average damage firebolts than 800-900 ones with 5% more crit. If you're ice specced, definately stick with the Crimson Fel Hat, no ignite.

crown of the ogre king is much easier to get than this and pretty much the same thing

i would take the warlock or priest pvp hat over this in a second

So really this helm is worth 31 stam, and therefore superior to CotOK
