(NPC #15708), (NPC #15707), (NPC #15709), and (NPC #21156) could all start the quest (Quest #8795). They were in Stormwind, Ironforge, Darnassus, and the Exodar, respectively. This was just a starter quest that sent you to (NPC #15701) in Ironforge. These NPCs are normally absent, and their quests unavailable, as they are only around until the Gates of Ahn'Qiraj open.

She seems to be related to Pa Maclure and the other Maclures over at the Maclure Farmstead. Wow, she sure made it farther then they did.
