Speak with Thyn'tel Bladeweaver at the Warrior's Terrace in Darnassus.

Description

Velinde Starsong was my predecessor here in Ashenvale Forest. At first it seemed she had the situation in Felwood under control, but little by little her efforts faltered. One day, she simply disappeared.

I was sent here to continue her work. I'm afraid I know nothing of the priestess, however. Perhaps Thyn'tel Bladeweaver, one of the commanders of the Sentinels, knows further details of her disappearance that I was not a party to.

Surely she will understand the import of such information.

There are several "add-ons" you can get for WOW for free on the internet, which add the ability to see co-ordinates on your map. You don't have to use a giant many-feature add-on like Atlas or Cosmos, there are lots of little ones just for adding map co-ordinates. Look at website ui.worldofwar.net or curse-gaming and select the list of "map" add-ons, find one you like.

in the Tradesmen terrace go to the shop for mail armor and shilds entrance 56,79. go to the top of the building. go across the bridge to the building next to it and click on the chest. this is accurate as of 4-21-06 10:25 PM EST.

it is in island of teldrassil in darnassus location is correct its (62.39) :P wish luck finding her :P

For this portion of the quest she is located in Darnassus, as the quest explains.
The warrior terrace is located right between the Trademan's Terrace and the Craftsman's Terraces.
If you're coming from the bank, go straight East over the long bridge and right as the bridge forks, she'll be near a pillar at 61,39.
She'll then give you this quest: (Level 30) Velinde's Effects
