Alright, you have to kill Cozzle at the top of the lumber tower or whatever you want to call it.
&nbsp &nbsp Coords are: 42, 18 for Cozzle.
He drops a key that you take to the house South of the tower.
&nbsp &nbsp Coords are: 43, 20 for Chest
Just open the chest in the house and you have the Blueprints.

First I found the locked chest in the house (safe)
The guy with the key is in that construction in the water.
The goblins are allmost lvl 35 and easy to take down but the guy is a 38 and his 2 "guards" 35.

I called a friend of mine to help
To silly die like that @_@
ones you have the key you need only to make open the chest in the house and go back with the blueprint

Once you open the chest, for whatever reason, don't close it without looting the plans, as it will eat your one-time use key and the chest will lock again!

Goblin sponsership part 6, you have to travel to the salt flats, where the goblins do the racing.&nbsp Pozzik is located at 80.75, and Fazzeric is just next to him for part 7.

Cozzle's Key is located on Cozzle in the Venture Co. Operations Center at 43, 18. Use the key to unlock the footlocker located at 43, 20 south of the operations center inside a small house.

I didn't need to kill Cozzle. He was dead when I got there so I went into the cottage and the chest opened for me without any problem. (33 Rogue w/165 LP skill).

I found Foreman Cozzle at 42,18 inside the control on the highest part of dock structure (normal lvl 38).

And Cozzle's Footlocker inside of a small cottage at 43,20.

Needed to kill Foreman Cozzel in control room on dock platform. He will drop a key to use in "Cozzle's Footloker" which is located in the little cottage just south of the big SAW house.

Rogue's can pick the lock on the box with at least 170 lockpicking (max at 34) and won't need Cozzle's Key at all.

Forman Cozzle is at the top of the tower, kill him get his key and unlock a chest at the bottom(at 43,20) and your done!

Kill the Venture Co guys and loot the Tumbled Crystals for the quest Hostile Takeover

Then you can go north to complete the quest Singing Blue Shards

Finish 3 quests at the same time!
