As a horde mage, I found the pickup for this quest a little confusing. It says that it starts with Bink in Ironforge, but in fact it starts with any mage trainer for horde (for example, Undercity, Thunderbluff etc.) once you reach level 35.

I found Tabetha in her cottage at 46,57. Most of the npc's run from 38 thru 41 to get there.

I got the quest from the mage trainer in the Pools of Vision in Thunder Bluff (for the horde, obviously).

The ultimate easiest way to get there is leave Theramore and head southwest. You will most likely die if you are a lower level and the GY, if you've gone far enough, is Tabetha's farm. Spirit heal there.

This is of course if you don't have Mudsproket FP.

Rituals Of Power Is A lvl 30 Quest,Also The Information Held Here Is VERY USEFUL!, Read It And Keep It Handy.This Quest was Done By Me (lvl 35 FireMage), All You Have To Do Is Play It smart.

I also got this from Jenna (Mage Tower in SW at Level 34 I think) AND I got it before I completed the previous one she gave me "Journey to the Marsh..."

you say tilting the balance in the favor of Alliance, well check out all available quests for alliance vs. horde in SM ! horde has more than 3timaes as many quests.. not to mention a mage horde whom also could do this one and the other mage quest...

got the quest in IF, right before i was going to complete [40] Items of power and [40] Rituals of power. i would recommend anyone doing those quests to get the return to the marsh before delivering the items of the predecessor..
