Clear the Way

Kill 10 Skeletal Flayers and 10 Slavering Ghouls in Sorrow Hill.

Return to Commander Ashlam Valorfist at Chillwind Camp, Western Plaguelands.

Description

With Andorhal's western and northern roads into the city well fortified, I'm looking to strike at it from the less defended eastern road. The Scourge relies on the buffer of undead that infests Sorrow Hill as a first line of defense. If we are to advance on Andorhal, we will need to do it through Sorrow Hill.

Your first assignment will be to clear the way through Sorrow Hill. Thin out the skeletons and ghouls that haunt the area; report back to me when this is done!

I went in as a 50 solo and didnt have too hard a time if i was full health.&nbsp I could take on 2 no problem tanking with void.&nbsp But you have to be very careful at 50 because the aggro range is pretty high and as they run toward you it seems they yell, and others follow.&nbsp Graveyard is fairly close.......lol.&nbsp Group up if you can.&nbsp Drops runecloth about 25%.

The location is 48,81. The entrance is at: 46,81. The Skeletal Flayer mobs are between lvl 50 and 51. The Slavering Ghouls are 50-52. These will also drop runecloth so if u need that this is one place to go.

Just follow the road to the right, a major graveyard will appear after a few seconds. It will be crawling with them there, and the respawn time is very fast. In mine case(holy priest lvl 55), about 10 min max. for this q.

Just go to Sorrow Hill to the East after entering Western Plaguelands. 46, 80 is one location where you can find the Skeletal Flayer you need.

first time in sorrow hill, lvl 50 holly priest =)
first mob i kill, a skelletal flyer lvl 51, drops Kang the Decapitator

lol my first epic drop!

Eaglearrow, do some research before saying something like that. I got it off of a Slavering Ghoul and the Skeletons also drop...do the research on here...

This is easily done, if somewhat time consuming by staying just inside the gates... duck outside to recharge. Solo'd as 50 mage.

This is a great quest for getting into the Plaguelands and earning Xp. Easy for me as a lvl 50 Warrior - I just pulled and killed at will. 5500 XP and 500 XP for simple next quest. Evrything from here will be harder but anyone around my lvl can spend ages grinding in the graveyard and do very well from XP and drops. Get the FP into Chillwind camp and use it to travel from there.
