Kill Prince Galen Trollbane and bring the Sigil of Trollbane to Zengu in Hammerfall.

Description

The final of the sigils needed to unlock the tomb of Thoras Trollbane is held by his son personally. He resides deep within Stromgarde, in a chapel in the militia-held districts. Prince Galen is well protected and no slouch of a warrior himself, so this task could prove most difficult.

enter stromgarde, go to the right, fight through the defenders that you got the fragments from. keep turning to the right and you'll end up on that bridge that you go under when you first enter. cross the bridge, take out the surrounding enemy, then enter the building and kill prince galen (a 44) and his two buddies.
not too tough with a group.

go into Strom, up hill, turn right, go into Ally side. Make way thru ally village turnignright, go across bridge. Prince ,Galem Trollbane drops the sigil. He's in a church looking thing at 28,58

Just as an aside there is a way to sneak into the ally area without going through their front door. Looking at Stromgarde from the front, go up to the gate and go right along the front wall. Just around the corner is a break in the wall. Bingo your in their town.

There is a shortcut into Stromgarde in the NW corner of the castle leading into the Alliance area.&nbsp There is a crack in the corner of the wall that you can jump through.&nbsp This allows you to skip killing about 5 or 6 guards on your way in.

From this point, angle left and go across the bridge and you are at the chapel.

Found Sigil at 28.58 in Stromgarde.

Once you enter stromgarde, take the first road to the&nbsp right, passt a few tombs and guards, continue right, cross the bridge, and he is right in front of you in the house.

Beware of mobs hiding on both sides of the path up to the house.

when you attack the prince, you will aggro 2 of his guards aswell, so be prepared.

At 23,55/23,56 there is a breach in the wall (heading into strom, go right instead of going in and get round to the corner) you can walk trough.
This might save you time getting trough some guards.

Prince hits very hard. Quest was yellow for me at level 40, but the prince himself is actually 44. I suggest bringing heals.

The adds can be pulled out of the door without pulling the Prince. I suggest doing this and then concentrating on the main one. Solo'd this as a 39 Affliction lock

quite possible the most aggrivating quest to solo at average level. yes, he hits like a bus and is an orange-red mob, but the respawns around him are insane, so be ready to pull him pretty soon after the last mob in the yard is dead. and hes a runner to boot! make sure youre prepared to stop him by the time he hits 20%

If you turn right before you enter the gates and run along the wall you'll come to a breach in the wall. If you enter here you can avoid some fighting.

u need to go accross the bridge that u see when u enter stromgard then he is in the chapel. did it with a lvl 46 shaman and me a 39 priest. if u pull the princes guards u can kill them then u can take out the prince (lvl 44 Elite). another quest follows this one and should be in the same place. got 3450 xp points for this as did the lvl 46 shaman

To solo this (not easy)
Go to Strom, before entering the gates go right (as mentioned above) and enter through the crack.
Hunters: Dismiss pet, mount up and run across the bridge. Once you're in the couryard, go to the left and back up against the wall - feign. Everyone pisses off. Then work your way from the left side of the courtyard, pulling one at a time. Heal well and often. Once you've pulled both of the guards inside out, you've got Trollbane by himself - no problemo.

The chapel is in the militia area, for those of you who are thick-headed, that's right from the intersection with all the armored humans. What I did, with my shaman, was use ghost wolf and charge in there. Once in the zone, head right and towards the wall. If you're lucky and only aggro one enemy, he'll retreat quickly. At the wall, turn right. You should see a bridge, and beyond the bridge is something that looks like a garden. Head for it. The militia there are level 40's so be careful. The prince himself is level 44, and has two bodyguards with him. It'll help to have a level 60 with you.

Go thru the gates and turn RIGHT to where the human defenders. Fight your way in! Your goal is to cross the bridge that spans the entrance you came thru. Pulling one defender at a time seems to work but watch for adds. He is at 28, 58
