Here's something worth noting that isn't mentioned above: the undead has a predilection for polymorph.

I did this quest as a lvl 29 Hunter and she sheeped me as soon as the fight started.&nbsp As soon as the first wore off, she did it again, and I wasn't able to get a single shot in.&nbsp Fortunately my pet was able to take her down.

I would guess that she prefers to keep the fights one-on-one.&nbsp If you fight her alone, you probably won't notice it, but be warned if you're in a group (or have a pet).

The correct building has a broken down stage coach to the right of the entrance, and a thing that looks like a mailbox to the left. On the mailbox lookalike is a skull with a dagger thru it (small). Other buildings have vehicles in front of them, but his has a stage coach. Not a loaded hay wagon, or empty cart.

If you are facing the entrance, and rotate the camera 90 degrees to the left, you will see the fountain down the street, and behind that is the deadmines entrance building.

The school building has the layout of a human type "town hall" similar to other towns (duskwood, lakeshire).

The building also has a large bell tower attached to the side left of the doorway that can be seen from a long way away. This should not be confused with the larger silo type structures on other buildings around westfall.

The box of assorted parts can spawn in many locations and is not a good way to find this building.

The footlocker lies on the floor of the old town hall. The Town Hall happens to be the most north western building in Moonbrooke if you are looking at the map. It lies on the floor infront of the podium like structure in the main room of the building. Once opened a ghost appears in which you must kill.

Prepare to be sheeped if you have a minion helping, along with the curse...most fun.

The Object youre looking for is called Old Footlocker located @ 41,66 in Westfall

Everything was right where it was supposed to be.&nbsp The building is the Townhall, and the buggy out front is actually a hearse but other than that, the directions were correct.

The box is labeled a footlocker when you pass your cursor over it and it is between the chair and the table near the back 'stage'.

The ghost appeared on the stage and didn't move against me until I attacked her.&nbsp Lvl 25 ghost and my Lvl 24 Paladin took it down with no problems.&nbsp I had Retribution Aura on, don't know if that helped or not, but I didn't take any damage during the fight.&nbsp The worse part of it was that damn curse...&nbsp decided to go fishing at Stendal's Pond till it wore off and even my fishing sucked while it was active.

Ya she pollied me, but as a lock all i had to do was start off sending the void in to taunt, cursed, and watch that @#$%^ die while i was in sheep form. Easy as hell. Its in a foot locker in the picture below.

You guys are making a mountin out of a molehill with the ghost. Here are the facts that common sense should have told you by now:

- She spawns either as a level 25 or level 26 banshee.
- She is easy to kill.
- She casts a curse on you that reduces your stats. This is not a big deal but visually looks annoying, cos every few seconds stink lines emit from your character. This curse can be removed like all curses with the right spell.
- If you are in a group, or have a pet, she can cast polymorph. Again, this is not a big deal as she is easy to kill.

The Schoolhouse is the furthest North West building on the map. It's shares the same floor layout as the Magistrate's building in Lakeshire. It's the furthest room. The records are found in a box called an "Old Footlocker." Once you open it a level 25 ghost called a "Forlorn Spirit" spawns on the platform. It casts the "Curse of Stalvan" which lowers all attributes by 5 points for 10 minutes.

Moonbrook is in WESTFALL! Not in Duskwood.
the coords are correct as above 41,66.

After finding the box, you will see a Forlorn spirit. The one I saw was level 26 (I was also lvl 26).

It will give you "Curse of Stalvan" which lasts 10 minutes and reduces all attributes by 5.

I definitely noticed that it seems to be 2 polymorphs. Of course, by then my lvl 27 Imp had her nearly beaten, so it might have been that she didn't have time to turn and sheep me again before she died.

I was a lvl 23 Warlock when i did this and the only bit i found which was hard is findin the box the rest was easy my voidwalker pretty much killed the Spirit while i was having&nbsp &nbsp
fun getting polymorphed bout 6 time 1 thing you must do is when you voidwalker gets on low health sacrifice it and then Searing pain it loads...

So...I waltzed in...opened the old footlocker...picked out the letter...accepted new quest...and then tried to attack the ghost...and nothing.&nbsp Is there more?&nbsp I got the next quest, but I wasn't able to attack the ghost.

the book is in a little footlock located at 41.67 to the right of the three steps at the back of the building between the broken table and chairs

AFTER you receive the quest item a lvl 26 ghost appears she polymorhs but i took her out in 3 blows.....but im level 34 lol

You say the ghost that spawns is a lvl 25.&nbsp I don't think so.&nbsp I think the ghost that spawns is the same level as the character that opens the footlocker.&nbsp I'm a lvl 26 hunter, and the ghost that spawned was a lvl 26.

Perhaps I haven't pissed off the ghosts enough, but she was yellow and passive for me when I opened the footlocker.

Just thought ya'll should know, there are two chests, one in the back left corner, which is NOT it and one that is to the right of the stairs and is more a little lockbox looking thing, no problems beating her, Level 25 Warlock

As a lot of people posted, she will sheep you if you have a pet. Did this as a 26 warlock, Voidwalker should be able to solo her shes not that bad. You do have time to get some DPS spells on her in between her turning you into a sheep. It takes about 10 seconds for her to aggro so I think you can just accept the quest for the box and leave.

PS: If you're haveing trouble finding the box when you're faceing the stairs you should see it to the right.

lvl 24 Hunter w/ a Young Black Ravager from Duskwood for pet.

Found the box in the building with the hearse out front & a steeple on top, started to walk out, heard the ghost spawn. Sicced my pet on her, she polymorphed my pet, shot her two or three times, couple Raptor Strikes & she was dead. Easy. Long ass quest...but we'll see where it takes me.

The box is located at (41,66 Cosmos/TitanPanel). It is right next to the stairs in the biggest room. After you complete the quest, be careful. There is a Level 25 Forlorn Spirit that comes out of the area that the little staircase leads to. She is easy to kill, although you most likely will get a curse from her.

This quest is simple. The only thing I thought would be half-way difficult would be the 'Forlorn Spirit' but I pwned her really easily as a lvl 23 Warrior. Easy.

Its inside the schoolhouse the building with a tower (for bells) its on the right side of the stairs inside the building.

I've had exactly the same experience, house NWern corner of Moonbrook - looks like a big church with a tower - raised platform to the right of the entrace - ghost appears - kill it - loot a 'box of parts'. I'm not the only one who seems to have this problem...wierd

Okay people...listen well...
It's already been located for you by several on the forums...
In Moonbrook, go into the town...the correct building looks like a typical town hall. You will know it is the correct building because it is the last building on it's row and it has a broken wagon (as stated before by several others) outside the building, to the right of the steps leading into the building.
Once inside the main room of the building, if you look at the platform and move your cursor over the rear left area, you will see, unless it has just been looted, a "box of parts." THIS IS NOT THE BOX. INSTEAD, move your cursor to the RIGHT of the steps leading onto the platform...there are several busted benches scattered on the ground around the "old footlocker." REMEMBER, it is NOT ON THE PLATFORM, BUT THE GROUND TO THE RIGHT OF THE PLATFORM STAIRS.
Hopefully that helps everyone who had trouble finding the correct box.

In old schoolhouse cords 41.5, 66.7 (standing on the box) Level 25 ghost appears after you accept the next leg of the quest, the box spawns the next leg when you open it.
