having trouble finding the fetival harbringer in stormwind, has anyone else found her yet?

Fireworks are available from the vendors near the launch area. There seems to be some problems with the quest in Darnasus and Stormwind though. I got it to work in Ironforge.

ehhhh or u could just buy em from the vendor who sells em right next to the quest person for like 4s for all of em
