Talk to the Lunar Festival Harbinger at the Cenarion Enclave in Darnassus. You can also talk to Lunar Festival Harbingers in other capital cities.

Description

It's that time of the year, <name>! The Cenarion Circle invites all denizens of Azeroth to partake in our celebration of the Lunar Festival. You will find the Lunar Festival Harbinger in this very city at a location marked by a blessed circle of moonlight. She can tell you more about the holiday.

the lunar fest WAS bugged in darnassus, it only worked in IF until they fixed the problem.&nbsp Dont be rude to people just because you got on after it was fixed :P

I bought the fireworks and the clusters, shot them, and didnt get any quest improvements.
Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?

I spoke with a gm. The only places the quest is working as of right now are Ogrimmar and Ironforge.&nbsp Try there.. Worked for me.&nbsp

your GM is wrong.&nbsp It works in Thunder Bluff too.&nbsp However, it does not appear to work in Darn. havent tried anywhere else yet.

The one in Darnassus works.&nbsp After launching off the required fireworks I got the invitation.&nbsp It says to open the invitation while standing in the Greater Moonlight... the BIG WHITE area where you launched off the fireworks and POOF there you are in Moonglade.&nbsp Inside of the corresponding lunar festival spot from where you came.

Just purchase the fireworks and light them one at a time in the moonglow area.

I have the lunar festival invitation already, I did the quest to shoot of the fireworks last year. When I go back there is no quest offered and I cant go to any elders... is it only going to allow me to go to the elders i didnt get last year?

From what it seems, the darnasses fireworks vender is&nbsp possably bugged.

The fireworks salesmen in IF and SW have the proper "LUNAR" fireworks needed for that quest.

I havn't verified this yet though.
