You notice the Pally Sheild would be perfect for tanking in low lvl groups and VC whereas Warriors get a peice of &*!@ equal to a lvl 15 sheild? Thats really messed up.

this was very easy u dont even have to heal dafne all u have to do is have them all attack u and then attack which ever raider she attacks i did this with lvl 21 pld a 2h wepon is good for this because u do more damage at one time

Interesting note: as a Draenei, I hadn't seen this quest (never went to Stormwind to get my skills). So it was at level 43 that I accepted the book and went off to do the quest. The strange thing was that the quest showed up in my log as level 43, but the mobs I killed were level 17s (as I would expect the normal quest is).

Result: an easy 6600xp on handing in.

I failed the Test of Valor mission.&nbsp I wasn't ready to fight 4 guys by myself and I died.&nbsp Is there any way to reset the mission?&nbsp I tried going back to the paladin in Stormwind, but he didn't have anything to say.

I thought the quest would be really hard, cosmos told me that the recommended lvl was 25, but I did it at lvl 20 on my first try.. Got the shield and sense undead easily

I failed the quest and thought i had to get i one more time. So i abonded the quest. But now i can't get it anymore..
How can i do the quest again ?

Is there another way to get sense undead?

Can anyone share it with me ? My realm is Zenedar.

The quest is three waves, 1st wave three guys, second is four, third is five.&nbsp You cannot let Daphne die or you fail the quest so I would advise standing in front of her just a little to take the aggro, she will pull them off one at a time.&nbsp It can be done solo but it is tough.&nbsp You will want a heal pot ready and as soon as one wave is over, sit and heal/mana regen.&nbsp 1st wave is easy, second you should be able to make, and fourth you will probably need both the heal pot and lay on hands to survive bcz you may run out of mana to heal.&nbsp I had a problem with the quest as well because I died on the third wave and could not finish it, per Blizzard I had to abandon the quest and go back to stormwind.&nbsp Best advice is to have a helper peal off one of the attackers each time.

HEad all the way down..to the cliff side..West and South Westfall.. to get to her..u must go up the hill past the highwaymen closest to the seawall..if it is above go north a bit til u can get above.&nbsp then just head south along the mountain u will see her hut.&nbsp if she dies wait for her to resurect.. if that fails abandon quest and go back and get it.&nbsp For the guy above whining about the shield and other nonsense don't go away mad....JUST GO AWAY..good luck

I failed the mission, and i abandoned it, but i cant talk to the guy in the cathedral anymore, and i cant find the Tome of Valor...this is a large chain quest...can i still do it?&nbsp any help will be much appreciated!

Haven't tried it yet on my pally, about to really, but if you cant seem to start the quests again from the girl or the guy in stormwind, try going back to the original starter of the quest, the lady up the stairs in the pally training area of IF, she had a blue ? when I got it so if you cant get the other two to give it back to you try her.&nbsp Hope it helps.

Ok for all you pallies who have no clue about failed quests or abandoned quests what you do is this after she dies or you die which she will die is you have to abandon the quest after that wait till she respawns and talk to her again (note: its a waste of time to go back to the cathedral)make sure you abandon the quest before you talk to her again or you will prolly get lost. happy Hunting =)

I'm a lvl 22 and just soloed this while eating a heaping pile of nachos and chasing my kid around.
She is around the corner from the exit of deadmines.&nbsp If you leave the deadmines just turn left and take the narrow trail in between the mountains. i used my heal once and it was on me.&nbsp I didn't even pay attention to her.&nbsp If you can't pull this off at lvl 22, than a pally is not for you.

Ok i guess the quest changed cause i just soloed it at lvl 20 and there is now only 2 waves. 1st one with
4 mobs, second one with 5/6, lvl 17-20 mobs.
I've done it without using Lay on hands or any heal potions.
Just get aggro before Daphne and assist her.
Do not use Divine Protection at the beginning of a wave as Daphne will get all the aggro and will probably die.
Make sure to eat and drink between the 2 waves and you will be ok :)

Solo'd at lvl 22, 3 waves of mobs, first one has 3, then 4, then 5.&nbsp All 17-19's.&nbsp Just be prepared to sit down and drink between rounds.

The best way to find her is to go past the backside of moonbrook. There will be a camp of defients by the opening to the cave. Go past them towards the water but stay close to the montains and you will find a path that leads down to her farm and house. Once she comes out to greet you the first wave will come fron the hill and path

to the poster above...the rewards are on the top of this page i think...buts its a nice shield and an ability called Sense Undead (obvisouly telling where undead are on your mini map...)

anyways, you can obtain this quest at level 20...i was 20 and i did it with a 21 mage, no problem for us...i suggest getting 1 person to help you on this quest...you can a lot of XP on this questline and at the very end...a very nice two handed mace (rare), although the last quest is very hard since you have to through at 3 different dungeons...

also i thought i counted maybe 4 waves? im not sure but each wave there is a new mob...thats why you can have a mage that sheeps!

I cheated a little but I got a level 40 to help me out. It is simple, there are no Elites, just bring a few man and health potions if you want to Solo it.&nbsp Daphne does a lot of damge so keep your richoes fury up.&nbsp Easy as 1,2,3. I am sure there are a few spelling errors in this.

The 5 Flash Bundles you get from the "Wolves at our Heels" quest in Duskwood were a huge help. They throw about 100 damage to an area, so keeping hate was no problem at all.

Daphne is at 41,89, It's passed the back entrance from Deadmines.

I'd take a buddy with me If i was you. 3 waves of defias come at you. I believe the waves was 3, 4 and 5 of them.
