Go to the city of Stormwind and speak with Bishop Farthing in the Cathedral of Light. Give him Jitters' journal and tell him you mean to face Morbent Fel.

just read your quest list, it tells you that hes in The Cathedral of Light, just go in the Cathedral Square and then go north, youll see a cathedral, go in and hell be in

Just to add: The quest was slight orange red for me. And if it matters, WoW 1.10 :P Mabye they changed it since last October post. )

Go in the cathedral, then u see a yellow dut on the map. Very easy.
