He's south of Raven Hill Cemetary.

Go to "Jitters" (the NPC) who's in the town south of Raven Hill Cemetary, walking around the water well.&nbsp You do some other quests for Jitters earlier.&nbsp Something about crab cakes.

Anyone know how I can restart this quest? I tossed the book before talking to Jitters.&nbsp I abandoned the quest hoping to be able to start over with Sven but now I can't even talk to him.&nbsp I hope I'm not stuck.

Jitters IS the shadowy Figure and if your here stop in and see Bliztik (buy the Shadow Oil Recipe 15s sell for more in AH) Bliztik is in the two story house to the north of Jitters upstairs room on the left.
