First talk to Gregan Brewspewer at 45,26 or you who don't have cosmos... he is at the T in The on the map in the the title The twin Colossus.

Buy the bait off him and head north to meet Miblon Snarltooth. You can see the ruin with the arch from the road east of the ruin Icon and just west off the road.

Place the meat on the steps. He moves and the door opens. Get the ingredient and head back to Gregan so he can make the potion.

now....

Go back to see Donova Snowden and she will give you the tempered sword and instruct you to go to the cemetary.

Found wandering around 54,23 and 54,24 along the mountain walls.

The graveyard is located just east south-east of gadgetzan near a small outcropping of rocks.

if you happen to be on the quest but run out of elixers for whatever reason, you can also do the quest if you die (e.g. you attack an opposing faction inside gadgetzan) you take durability but it saves a trip to Feralas

Sure, you can just let yourself get killed by mobs, BUT... You will suffer 10% durability loss on everything, which DOES NOT HAPPEN if you drink the goo instead.&nbsp Drink the goo.&nbsp Save money.&nbsp This quest chain already eats enough of it.

I drank the elixir, went to the guy and actually dinged when I was dead, now thats a cool way to ding to 60 > while being dead!

You can now see the yellow ? and it will also appear in your mini map.&nbsp After you drink (and die) go straight north you cant miss it.&nbsp Just remember when you die you loose all your buffs.

just confirming what was mentioned earlier about not needing to actually use the elixir in order to die for this quest. i went to go do a different quest before attempting to drink the elixir, got killed by about 50 scorpids trying escort a homing chicken to steemwheedle port (ok maybe 50 is an exaggeration...), got body, tried the chicken again, got killed again and decided to forget the chicken and see if i could find Gaelyn instead. sure enough, he was where you all said he would be and i had no trouble talking to him and completing this leg of quest string.

so really the only reason you even need to go to feralas, find brewspigger (or whatever his name is), and get the elixir at all is so that you can go through the go steps necessary to complete the quests that lead you up to this point. Gaelyn&nbsp won't talk to you unless you've been told by Brewspigger to seek him out and Brewspigger, obviously, has prerequisites of his own. but the actual act of drinking the elixir at the cemetery, or even having the elixir in your pack at all once you've gotten it from Brewspigger, is not necessary.

Gaerlin is at (53,23), which is somewhat into the mountains to the east of the road through the mountains towards Thousand Needles.

For the rest: you die, no equipment dammage, do not resurrect, walk to the fellow as a ghost and go back to ressurrect and do the next quest at the graveyard.

Just a small note:

You won't lose any durability if you use the potion.

It actually kills you.
Just release your spirit and head north to talk to the ghost at 54,23.
He will send you back to res and examine a gravestone.

Be sure you return to Donova Snowden after getting the Videre Elixir from Gregan. You can drink the elixir in the graveyard before talking with her, but you won't be able to continue as "The Old Man" will only say "Please leave an old spirit to rest." of you aren't on the quest.

I drank, i died like normal, nothing strange, had happened, is this correct? Get 6 minute cool down. just doesnt seem right. Need help

if you're having a hard seeing in death mode, just go to your video options and turn the death effect off.

You can also just kill yourself near the area if you are out of potion... lol

please help me. I went to the graveyard died and went to Gaeriyan (I think its was him it just said unknown entity) anyway i cant talk with him and then i go back to the graveyard resurect and nothing happen. please tell me how i can finish this quest

One small thing for everyone. If you use the potion to kill yourself you will not take the 10% durability loss on your gear. If a mob kills you then you will. I recommend using the potion as stated in the quest unless you rich and don't care.

Went to those coordinates in ghost form after taking the potion... ghost isn't there. SEems like a bugged quest.

well, due north means straight up from your corpse, but if your really can't function without numbers, try 53,23 (ct)

I really liked this quest it sure is different.
