Description

The zhevra, although not the fiercest beast in the Barrens, are a shade tougher than the plainstriders. Don't worry -- we'll send you against bigger prey in good time, but for now your teeth could use a little more cutting.

Hunt the zhevra to the north and south, and collect their hooves. Bring them to me and perhaps we'll next send you against something tougher.

I found 52,36 was a good place to find a sizeable number of them. Enough for the quest, anyways.

You can do this quest at the same time with the centaur bracers quest.

I found a decent place to kill those for hoofs at 49,37. Should be enough to get all 4 hoofs in that place.

There are a lot of Zevhra to the left of the crossroads as you follow along the path toward Stonetalon too. Zehvra around there are usually less hunted too.

The best place to find these things is arround 60x,21y, the area near the bridge to Durotar.

He means coords as in coordinates, just google world of warcraft coordinate mod in and you'll find quite a few.

I found the best drop rate at around 46,27. Just north of the road, south of the forgotten pools. Hooves weren't dropping at all closer to crossroads.

It seems they increased the drop rate since my main and other alts were lowbies. I got all 4 hooves in the first 6 kills on my new warlock. This quest is now way much easier than the hour it used to take back in the day.
